How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. For nationwide delivery across Kenya, please allow 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a notification once your order is on the way.

Do you offer doorstep delivery?

Yes! We offer free doorstep delivery within Nairobi for orders above KES 10,000. For orders below that amount, a standard delivery fee applies and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unused, in perfect condition, and have all original tags and packaging intact. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

What materials do you use for AKOYA?

We thoughtfully source high-quality natural fabrics such as 100% mulberry silk, cotton, and linen, depending on the piece. Each item is crafted with a focus on comfort, durability, and elegance. Product details will always specify the exact fabric used.

How do I care for my Akoya pieces?

We recommend hand washing 100% silk garments in cold water (around 30°C) and gently ironing to restore their natural lustre. Alternatively, you may choose to dry clean. Please avoid machine washing or tumble drying silk items unless clearly stated. For select cotton, linen wool, etc pieces, gentle machine washing may be suitable — always check the care label inside the garment for specific instructions.
